Goal: Our clients wanted to turn their palatial period vacation home in the Orono-area into a color-happy, 70s-themed entertainment pad that felt like fun for all the family and didn’t take itself seriously in the slightest.
Result: A calm, waterside oasis. Kidding. This project allowed Sarah to flex her creative muscles in the best way, take various design risks that worked with the house’s original features, and create a completely unique space that took the best of the 70s but made it modern.
The tangerine dream kitchen with custom high gloss paint, shag carpets, metallic wallpaper, and quirky furnishings that you simply wouldn’t find unless you knew exactly what you were looking for. The whole house screams personality, which is exactly what our clients asked for.
