Our services and process
Discovery Phase
After the initial phone call, we will set up a time to meet in person or virtually. We use this time to discuss what you are looking for and get to know you better by uncovering your vision, aesthetic, and budget. We gather pictures of your space, inspiration images and layout. We will also explain our role in the project and the next steps
Design
Through multiple meetings, calls and emails we show selections options, create mood boards, renderings, pictures, and a variety of other tools to plan your space.
New Constructions/Remodels: We work closely with builders, architects, and tradespeople during the initial design phase to help with layout and selections like plumbing fixtures, tile, lighting, surfaces, stain colors and everything in between.
Furnishings: We pull fabrics, wallpaper, furniture, paint colors, finishes, art and anything else you would like for your home.
Project Management
Once proposals are approved, our team goes to work on either finalizing selections for construction or placing orders for furnishings. For construction, we are in continuous communication with the builder and tradespeople until completion. For furnishings, we track and monitor orders with shipments delivered to our warehouse for inspection and to be held for install.
Our team fully integrates with a builder’s timeline and team for new construction or remodels. For house refreshes, we are sourcing product or materials from multiple vendors or tradesmen, tracking orders, inspecting items, and updating you along the way.
Install
The day we have been waiting for!!! We come on-site to coordinate movers and style the furnishings with a keen eye on the details. For construction projects, we help the builder ensure that checklist is complete. Your finished space should feel like a hug welcoming you home.
